What approach do I take in my work?

  • Nervous System Regulation: Through targeted techniques such as breathwork, somatic exercises, or mindfulness practices, you support your nervous system in self-regulation. This helps to move from survival mode to a state of safety and openness.
  • Somatic Parts Work: Many of our self-sabotage patterns stem from inner parts (e.g., an anxious inner child, a critical inner perfectionist). When these parts are acknowledged and integrated, they can stop blocking change.
  • Pranic Healing: We gently clear stagnant energy, heavy emotional imprints, and the unconscious mental debris that keeps your system on high alert.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time should I set aside each week?
90 minutes during the weeks we meet for a session, plus around 90 minutes for reflection and the supporting practices ~ and as much time as you'd like for voice notes in between.
What happens after the 4 months?

You are warmly invited to continue the journey. After our time together we can explore what would serve you best ~ whether that is the Your Om Sangha, a continued 1:1 container, or simply carrying the work forward in your own practice.

Is this the right step if I haven't worked with Lisa before?

Yes ~ Deeply Trusting You is an entry point. You don't need prior experience of the Your Om world to begin here.
