Nobody of us is exactly the same. That’s why it is so important to find out what feels good for you, what serves you best as an individual being.

So I commit to meeting you with an open heart and being as honest, authentic and reliable as I can.
With my sun sign in Pisces, my moon in Libra and Cancer rising, I have a natural tendency towards helping others and really feeling their energy – being very compassionate and intuitive.

A little bit about my own story
At the age of 26 I found myself stuck in a golden cage, working long hours at my corporate job while earning a fair amount of money. My outside world expected me to be happy.
Inside I felt burned out, worthless, without joy.
Looking for help
I was caught in that spiral of work, consumption, pressure, stress, unhealthy food, lack of energy and years of depression.
I have always tried things that might have helped me: e.g. private yoga and meditation lessons, attended an MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course and also did psychotherapy for several years. The weekly sessions were a good start, but still I didn’t really know how to handle everyday challenges and my upcoming emotions.
I really wished for some tools and practical exercises to deal with triggering situations, depressive thoughts and the downward spiral that overwhelmed me regularly.
Because all these attempts did not bring me closer to happiness, my husband and I made a clear cut with this old life. We quit our jobs and our apartment, sold our stuff and only left a few personal things in moving boxes.
During our journey through the world we had time to observe, understand, feel, perceive, learn and try out. It was and still is really a journey of self-discovery.
I was very lucky to get to know a completely different taste of life. To feel what it is like to be relaxed.
Through the deepening of my Yoga practice I found my way into a new lifestyle. I also learned a lot about myself through Astrology and Human Design. There are so many helpful and practical tools that can support us in managing our daily challenges and ride the emotional waves of life.
